Barks & Squeaks Shipping Information
Due to the Covid-19 virus and the government guidance to minimise trips out of the house, I am now only posting orders once a week (occasionally twice if volumes are high). This means that there may be a delay of a couple of working days between your order being marked as dispatched and it actually catching the post. Most orders are sent via Royal Mail either 1st or 2nd class which means most orders are delivered 1-5 days after they are posted. However, this does seem to be a bit slower on occasions at the moment.
We currently only ship within the UK. We hope to start to ship internationally in the future, so keep checking back!
Barks & Squeaks is delighted to offer FREE 2nd class shipping on all orders over £70. If you want your order a little quicker, you can still choose 1st class postage for a fee. Most orders will be sent via Royal Mail. Occasionally orders will be sent via an alternative courier.
Usually, orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 working days. However, this is not always possible and is therefore not guaranteed. Made To Order products can take 1 – 2 weeks to dispatch. This can be longer during busy periods, so please check the current lead time on the specific product page.
Barks & Squeaks Returns Information
In summary – If you change you mind about your order, or if the products is not suitable (e.g. clothing that is not the correct size), you can return the product for a refund.
You need to contact me in writing within 14 days of receiving your goods to notify me that you wish to make a return. Full contact details are in the Terms & Conditions, but the quickest way to contact is via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. I will then confirm the correct address to send the returned items,
Provided I receive the goods back in the same condition they were sent, I will issue a refund. As per the Terms & Conditions, the customer will need to pay for the postage to return them. Postage for your original order is not refundable. A refund will not be issued until the returned goods are received by me, so it is highly recommended that you send them by recorded/signed for delivery and obtain a certificate of posting. Goods returned are sent at your own risk.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the written notice to cancel.
The provisions of this do not affect your consumer statutory rights. If the Goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, please let us know and we will either (a) replace any Goods that are damaged or defective; or (b) refund to you the amount paid by you for the Goods in question. You must return the Goods to us or make the Goods available for collection in accordance with our reasonable request as soon as possible after informing us that the Goods are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied. You should also send us appropriate evidence, including photographs, of any damaged or defective Goods if we ask you to do so.
